Every competitor in the 2023 Pacific NorthWest Short Track Open will receive a complimentary t-shirt.  If you would like any additional t-shirts, please place your pre-order by emailing this completed form to mailto:MarkSSoldan@gmail.com.  To guarantee that there will be a shirt for you, make sure to submit this form by the end of Christmas Day, Sunday, December 25, 2022.  T-shirts cost $20. Payment will be collected when you pick up your shirt.
